Quick and easy soup recipe found its way into my "favorites" in no time.
Heat broth over medium heat until warm. Add cubed chick breast and cook until meat cooked. Add tomatoes, and pinto beans. Bring back to a boil.
Throw a handful of Fritos into a bowl, add a few scoops of soup, and top with some cheddar cheese.
Very easy and very delicious!
Typically no salt is needed due to the sodium content of the Fritos.
